Alissa has over a decade of combined experience as a corporate executive and as a management consultant. Her main areas of expertise are in accounting and finance, human resources management and administration, operations, procurement, and project management from startups to multinational organizations. She has helped companies in various industries improve their complex business processes and systems to transform them into efficiently run and effectively managed business entities.

Alissa’s proficiency in operations includes Supply Chain management, Distribution, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Service; while her know-how and hands-on experience in procurement include both international and domestic, strategic sourcing planning and implementation, as well as reviewing tariff code classification for imported materials.

A definite niche in Alissa’s consultancy suite is in process development and improvement, with her extensive skills in analysis, critical thinking, and systems thinking. This spans from identifying the issues, to implementation of a sustainable solution. Project Management is likewise, Alissa’s competency; from planning to execution, control and monitoring, to documentation and closure. Frank is a renaissance man. He graduated from the University of California in San Diego with a Bachelors Degree in Management Science. He has professional certifications for Finance, Portfolio Management, and Derivatives & Risk Management from the New York Institute of Finance. His field of expertise ranges from financial services and investments, business process design, supply chain distribution, sales planning and execution, data analysis reporting, and IT implementation. Frank has his own IT consulting company. He is our expert in technology trends and an early-adopter of the latest gadgets.

Sets the tone for maintaining the company's operational presence outside the United States. Responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of team members as they relate to our customer's needs. Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships with our clients.

Joey earned his Bachelors Degree in Electronic Communications Engineering from Don Bosco College in the Philippines. He holds several engineering certifications from leading electronics manufacturers such as Siemens, Cisco, Nortel, Samsung and Aspect and attended numerous training courses among which are the Dale Carneige Art of Selling and Customer Service. He was partner of another BPO company in Manila and has over 10 years of experience in the industry.
